Lanban General Secretary Manipur Maoist will grace the function as president and Chief Guest respectively. Manipur Maoist is an armed national liberation Army which emphasis on the formation of Socialist Republic of Manipur. We do not determine only in Manipur Independence but a republic and Socialist Manipur. The Maoist Manipur assured the peoples of Manipur that we will be never commit Monetary Demands, Contract works and anti social activities. We understand the present social turmoil floating because of conflict between state and non state combatants. The formation of Manipur Maoist is also meant the present rotten chapter of Manipur nation and to flush out. There will be a hope that a revolution without the monetary support from the oppress people can develop by their own economic policy and programs. Manipur Maoist fully trusted socialist economic policies adopted by its own Central Committee. We the Manipur Maoist seek only the participation of Manipuri Peoples in Maoist Movement not monetary support. We promise that Manipur Maoist will never collect money from any Manipuri individual or group and can not take a single percent from any development work or any else. Manipur Maoist belongs to the working class of Manipur and always with them. The people think that everything is doing for money but we will proof that we are political and ideological army who carry the national movement. The central Committee of the Manipur Maoist adopted the following resolution to act immediately that,
- Manipur Maoist will bring Justice for the individual or a group of individual who cries for Justice.
- Manipur Maoist will punish the person who is practice corruption.
- We strongly condemn who are misinterpreting communist ideology and left opportunist. There will be punishment for them.
